Yep another tutorial. One person requested this for when I do my night sky tutorial... but I did this first :XD: It seems a little lame to me and some may get confused by it :O_o: Heck if I wasn't the one who did this I might of gotten confused :laughing: Anyways have fun with this tutorial :)

p.s. Sorry for the size of some of the pics in this thing....

[edit: if you use this tutorial in a Deviation, please link back DX]
[edit 2: I will possibly be making another tutorial for adobe elements seeing that elements 5 has a slightly different way of using some of what CS2 uses]

I've done work with special effects at school.
I've no idea what you mean by some of these words *confuzzled* but I know where to go now!
